Every month the news about credit repair seems to include another erroneous smear article about credit repair companies. I'm beginning to suspect that some of these so called consumer reporters are paid to print their lies.

The latest installment comes from a consumer hack out of Oklahoma. His name is Phil Mulkins and he writes for the Tulsa World. In his misleading, biased credit repair article Mulkins paints all credit repair companies as scam artists. He even makes the ridiculous claim that consumer credit repair is impossible!

Phil Mulkins's pack of lies only serves to harm consumers who are innocent victims of a fractured, unfair, incompetent and unjust credit reporting system. When I first read his article I couldn't believe a reporter could lie so audaciously about a much needed, legal and ethical consumer service like credit repair.

My first response was to leave a comment below his credit repair article on the Tulsa World. Next, I penned a response on our sister credit repair blog, Credit Repair News. You can read my response here, Phil Mulkins Swindles Readers of Tulsa World Credit Repair Article.
